Richard Huntsinger, General Manager, is a Fortune 500 customer operations executive, management consultant, and business professor with broad international experience in enterprise technology companies and government organizations leading global service, marketing, and telesales operations – specializing in operational transformation to large scale production. As General Manager at Huntsinger Associates, Richard leads operations improvement programs for his clients through project management, business process re-engineering, IT system integration, and data-intensive analytical modeling. His clients include Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Hitachi, Business Objects, Align Technology, US Department of Energy, PG&E, and other high-tech multinationals. Richard has served as Director, Worldwide Customer Support at Hewlett-Packard and as Director, Global Sales & Service Operations at Symantec where he led call center operations, outsourcing management, and various revenue-generation programs. Earlier, Richard led market introduction of several business software, computer hardware, and medical device products. Todd Fitch, Engagement Partner, is an engineering executive, management consultant, and business professor specializing in quality systems spanning telecommunications, medical, and financial software industries. Todd has served as Vice President, Engineering & Client Services at Trooval, and Group Engineering Manager and Quality Leader at Intuit where he led software development and quality engineering teams for Quicken, QuickBooks, and other product lines. Earlier, he held various engineering positions at IBM. His experience includes performance engineering, tools development, product development, quality assurance, process engineering, and test automation. He holds two US patents for test automation tools and has over 50 patents pending in various areas. Todd is a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California-Berkeley and Adjunct Professor of Applied Economics at the University of San Francisco. His work spans the entire packaged application lifecycle: building the business case for the investment, evaluating vendors, and implementing systems and best-in-class practices. He has extensive experience in post-merger integration, where he has driven rapid consolidation of IT systems and process adoption to reduce work duplication and enhance business differentiators. As CEO of 5by5 Networks, Sudeep led the development of a multi-modal contact center packaged application in a BPO environment using a distributed, multi-tenant approach to provision new customers in hours instead of months. Sudeep also co-founded Aristasoft, a Crosspoint Venture Partners-funded SaaS pioneer, where he served as VP Strategic Technology to provision ERP and CRM applications to high-tech manufacturing and other industry verticals. Earlier, Sudeep served as CIO at iLogistics, CIO at Plantronics, and Director IT at Seagate.
